Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the msia8 platform. Holding more than one account — whether in your own name or another person's — is a serious breach of these terms and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts without compensation.
During registration, Users are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including their full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. msia8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a MyKad or passport at any time, particularly during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process for withdrawal verification purposes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your msia8 account password and login credentials. Never share your password with anyone, including family members or friends. msia8 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security.
Users are responsible for keeping their account information current and accurate. Any changes to your phone number or email address must be reported to the msia8 support team promptly to avoid issues with verification or receipt of important notifications.
Important: msia8 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
Msia8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through recognised and legitimate Malaysian payment methods:
Deposits are typically credited to your msia8 account within 5 minutes or less. Withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost) are usually processed within 5–15 minutes during business hours. Withdrawals via DuitNow or FPX may take up to 30 minutes. For large jackpot winnings, additional verification is required and may take up to 24 business hours.
Msia8 reserves the right to require Users to complete an identity verification (KYC) process before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding MYR 5,000 or in cases of suspicious activity. Required documents may include a copy of your MyKad and proof of ownership of the e-wallet or bank account used.
Warning: All funds deposited to the msia8 platform must come from legitimate sources and must not be proceeds of any illegal activity. msia8 complies with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures and reserves the right to freeze accounts and report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
All bonuses and promotions offered by msia8 are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. Those specific terms form part of these Terms & Conditions and are binding on any User who claims the relevant bonus.
Before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn, the User must fulfil the stated wagering requirement (WR). For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 20x WR means the User must place a total of RM 2,000 in bets (using bonus funds and/or personal funds as specified in the individual bonus terms) before a withdrawal is permitted.
Msia8 employs an active monitoring system to detect bonus abuse. The following actions are considered abuse and may result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings, as well as account suspension:

In the event of a technical error, system disruption, or software malfunction that results in incorrect game outcomes, msia8 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the original stake to the User. msia8 is not liable for any losses arising from technical errors beyond our control.
In all disputes relating to game outcomes or Sports Betting results on msia8, the decision of the msia8 management team is final after a thorough investigation. All decisions will be based on recorded system logs and available evidence.
For Sports Betting, all odds displayed on the msia8 platform are subject to change before the market closes. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except in cases specifically outlined in our sports betting rules. Match results determined by the relevant official governing body — such as FAM official results for the Malaysia Super League, or FIFA for international matches — are final.
Msia8 Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using the platform:

Prior to closure, Users must ensure there are no outstanding bonus balances subject to unfulfilled WR conditions. Should any dispute arise between a User and msia8, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through msia8's official customer support channels. If a mutual resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the established procedures.
Courts in Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes that cannot be resolved through arbitration.
